Suggest Shop

I suggest making a city at spawn where people can build if they have permission from Trixed/Deniim/someone. There could be shops at the city, where people could sell different stuff and not have about 20 shops selling the same things.
I also recommend bringing payday back, because SYDNEY HAZ NO MONEIES
